do not worry too much about things you can only change in the near future not today nor tomorrow. you thought them through, you came up with a plan, which you discussed with others. the others agreed. so the plan cannot be too bad. so, please do not worry all the time, do not bother. it is not worth it. it's just some office mishap. to be clarified in due time, as soon as possible without jumping into more mishap.
